Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for and attendance at Nexus Luxembourg 2026. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Event Details

Dates: June 10–11, 2026
Venue: LuxExpo The Box, 10 Circuit de la Foire Internationale, L-1347 Luxembourg-Kirchberg

2. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Tickets are transferable to another individual, provided you notify us at hello@nexusluxembourg.com at least 14 days before the event with the full name and email address of the new attendee.
- The organiser reserves the right to modify ticket categories, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
- Each ticket grants admission to one individual for the duration specified by the ticket type. Sharing or duplicating badges is prohibited.
- If you do not attend the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
3. Code of Conduct
Nexus Luxembourg is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment for all attendees. By participating, you agree to:
- Behave in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner towards all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and venue personnel.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour.
- Comply with all instructions given by event staff and security personnel.
- Not engage in any unlawful activity on the event premises.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct, without refund.
4. Photography & Recording Consent
By attending Nexus Luxembourg 2026, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The event will be photographed, filmed, and live-streamed. Your image, likeness, or voice may be captured during the event.
- The organiser and its partners may use such recordings for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes, including on websites, social media, and press materials.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Attendance at Nexus Luxembourg 2026 is at your own risk. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by the organiser's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- The organiser is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings during the event.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the attendee.
- The organiser makes no warranties regarding the content, speakers, or outcomes of the event.
6. Programme Changes
The organiser reserves the right to modify the event programme, including speakers, schedules, session topics, and venue layout, at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
7. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or epidemics.
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions.
- Strikes, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
- Power failures, internet outages, or technical infrastructure failures.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the organiser will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or offer ticket credits for a future edition. Refunds in such circumstances are at the sole discretion of the organiser.
8. Intellectual Property
All content presented at Nexus Luxembourg 2026, including but not limited to presentations, materials, branding, and recordings, is the intellectual property of the respective speakers, the organiser, or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of such content is prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
